Viewing your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) balancing outcome

At the end of each financial year we balance your CCS. There are a few ways you can view your balancing outcome.
It may take some time to balance your CCS. You don’t need to call us to check its progress. Once we’ve balanced your subsidy, we’ll send you a letter.
Your letter will tell you if you were paid the right amount, too much or not enough. Depending on your preferences, you’ll get your letter either:
- online to your myGov Inbox
- in the post.
Centrelink online account
To view yours in your Centrelink online account follow these steps:
- Sign in to myGov.
- Select Centrelink.
- Go to My family.
- Then select Payment Balancing.
Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
To view yours in your Express Plus Centrelink mobile app follow these steps:
- Open your app.
- Select More.
- Select Child Care Subsidy.
- Then Payment Balancing.
