The way you log on to the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app is changing

You’ll need to use your myGov sign in details.

In early November, we’ll release an update to the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.

If you’re downloading Express Plus Centrelink for the first time or to a new device, you’ll need to use your myGov sign in details, then you create a myGov PIN. This new myGov PIN will be the way you sign in to your app.

If you already use Express Plus Centrelink you’ll see a message in the app telling you that soon, you’ll need to sign in with myGov.

Make sure you have a myGov account linked to Centrelink.

The myGov PIN is only needed for the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. There are no changes to Express Plus Lite, Express plus Medicare and Express Plus Child Support.

Get ready for the change:

  • if you’ve got a myGov account, make sure it’s linked to your Centrelink online account
  • if you don’t have a myGov account, create one - then link it to your Centrelink online account

Time is running out! Soon, myGov will be the only way you can sign in.

If you’ve got a myGov account, link your Centrelink online account.

Sign in to myGov and select services.
