If we’ve sent your child a letter asking for your income details, we need them by the due date in their letter.
If we don’t get your income details on time, we’ll stop your child’s payment.
The easiest way to give us this information is to do it online.
You can do this using:
- the One Time Access Code in your child’s letter
- your child’s Customer Reference Number
- your income details for the financial years requested
If your child didn’t get a letter, you don’t need to do anything.
Complete the parental income test reassessment by the due date in your child’s letter.
