Express Plus Medicare mobile app help - get Immunisation History statements

Learn how to view, save, send and print an Immunisation History statement using the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.

 

You can get your own and your child’s immunisation statement if they’re under 14 and listed on your Medicare card.

If your child is 14 or older they must get their own statement. Read more about Immunisation history statements.

Step 1: get started

Select Immunisation on your home screen.

Step 2: view Immunisation History statement

If you’re the only person on your Medicare card your statement will display.

If there are 2 or more people on your Medicare card, select the name of the person you want to view a statement for.

Read the Immunisation Statement declaration. If you accept, select Accept.

The Immunisation History statement will display.

Step 3: save, send or print the statement

Select the share icon.

Use your device’s share function to save, send or print the statement. 

After you save, send or print your statement it will display again.

Select Close to return to your home screen.

Step 4: logout

From your home screen, you can complete other transactions.

For your privacy and security, please logout when you’ve finished. Select the Menu icon.

Then select Logout.

Select Yes to confirm you want to logout.
