Express Plus Medicare mobile app help - update your contact details

Learn how to update your contact details using the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.

Step 1: get started

Select Profile on your home screen.

Your current contact details will display.

You can:

  • update your residential and mailing address – go to Step 2
  • update your phone number – go to Step 3
  • remove your phone number – go to Step 4
  • update your email address – go to Step 5.

Step 2: update your residential or mailing address

Select either Residential or Mailing, depending on the address you want to update.

Enter your address details and select Next.

Check the details you entered are correct.

Then select either:

  • Submit to update your bank details with us
  • the back arrow to update the information.

We’ll confirm your address has been updated. You can then select OK.

Select Home to return to the home screen.

If you want to update another address, repeat this step.

Step 3: update your phone number

Select which phone number to update. Select either Home, Work, Mobile or Fax.

Select Change my phone number.

Enter your phone number and select Next.

Check the details you entered are correct.

Then select either:

  • Submit to update your phone number with us
  • the back arrow to update the information.

We’ll then confirm you have updated your phone number.

Select OK.

If you want to update another phone number, repeat this step.

Select Home to return to the home screen.

Step 4: remove your phone number

Select the phone number you want to remove. Select either Home, Work, Mobile or Fax.

Select Remove my phone number.

Review your decision and select Submit to remove your phone number.

We’ll then confirm your phone number has been removed.

Select OK.

Select Home to return to the home screen.

If you want to remove another phone number, repeat this step.

Step 5: update your email address

Select Email to update your email address.

Enter your email address and select Next.

Review your email address details.

Then select either:

  • Submit to update your email address with us
  • the back arrow to update the information.

We’ll then confirm your email address has been updated.

Select OK.

Select Home to return to the home screen.

Step 6: logout

From your home screen, you can complete other transactions.

For your privacy and security, please logout when you’ve finished. Select the Menu icon.

Then select Logout.

Select Yes to confirm you want to logout.
