Additional Child Care Subsidy

Who can get ACCS Transition to work

You need to be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and meet some extra criteria to be eligible for Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) Transition to work.

Families must be doing:

  • work (including looking for work)
  • study, or
  • training activities

To be eligible you must:

  • be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
  • have a family income of less than $66,958
  • have an active Job Plan, if you don’t receive Austudy or ABSTUDY
  • meet the ACCS (Transition to Work) requirements, and
  • be within the time limit for each activity
