Staff at Agents and Access Points are not our staff. They can't:

  • make any payments or decisions about payments
  • review, assess or vary payments
  • issue Electronic Benefit Transfer and other cards.


We are trialing help for veterans at 23 Agent sites. The Agents help veterans and their families do business with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Read more about the trial and locations on the Department of Veterans’ Affairs website.
