Income Management - Voluntary

You can volunteer for Income Management if you need help with managing your payments.

If you choose to have your payments income managed, you have to stay on Income Management for a minimum of 13 weeks. After that, you can stop Income Management at any time. You can do this using your online account or you can contact us.

If you want to volunteer for Income Management, contact the Income Management line.

What happens to your money

We’ll manage:

  • 50% of your payments, and
  • 100% of any advance and lump sum payments

The rest of your payments will be paid as usual.
