Our staff travel in Mobile Services Centres to rural and regional areas to help people with our services and payments.

How we can help

We offer a wide range of services to meet the changing needs of rural and regional communities. We can help you with:

  • Medicare registrations
  • social work support and referrals
  • access to Self Service Terminals
  • help with using online accounts and Express Plus mobile apps
  • free hearing health checks

We can help with emergency on the ground support for Australian Government disaster recovery efforts.
