If you need help using the app

If you forget your myGov username or password

If you forget your PIN

You can select reset PIN from the PIN screen. You’ll need your myGov username and password to reset your PIN.

If you use Express Plus Child support app

If you also use the Express Plus Child Support app, you need to give device permissions in the Medicare app. This allows us to share your login PIN between your Medicare and Child Support apps.

You can use your device's settings menu to update permissions in your installed app. Just select the Medicare app within Settings and update the permission.
