About myGov myGov is a simple and secure way to access government services online with 1 login and 1 password. Accommodation, renting and homelessness We can help you to get information, payments and services if you need support. Adopting a child We have a range of payments and services to help parents care for their newly adopted child. Age Pension and planning your retirement We have payments and services to help you plan for retirement or continue to work past age pension age. Assistance with child care fees We offer payments to help with the cost of child care. Australians overseas If you travel or live outside Australia this may affect your health care, child support and Centrelink payments. Caring for someone with an illness or disability You can get financial help and other services if you care for someone with a disability, an illness or who is frail aged. Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN) We’ll give you a Customer Reference Number (CRN) when you get payments and services from us. Your CRN identifies your personal record. Changes to student payments from 1 January 2019 There are changes to student payments that may affect you. For most changes, you won’t need to do anything. Child support when parents and children live outside Australia We may be able to help you set up child support when you or the other parent live in another country. Children’s health care We cover some or all of your child’s health care costs. Choosing between Carer Payment and Age Pension In some situations, you can choose to get Carer Payment or Age Pension. Compliance program Our compliance program helps protect Australia’s welfare system. It helps our customers avoid getting a debt or committing fraud.
