Service availability and changes

Our apps are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be short breaks for Child Support digital services updates between 2 am and 5 am AEST.

If you don’t have internet access you can use a self service terminal at your local service centre

Our Agents and Access Points have self service facilities for people in rural, regional and remote Australia.

Call charges

Call from your home phone to:

  • 13 numbers from anywhere in Australia are the cost of a local call, but may vary with service provider
  • 1800 numbers Freecall™ are free.

Calls from mobile and public phones may cost more.
