Aged Care Payroll Tax Supplement - cessation - Budget 2014-15

From 1 January 2015 the Payroll Tax Supplement paid to some residential aged care providers will no longer be paid.

This measure started on 1 January 2015.

Description of the measure

However, the extra $1.1 billion being directed into the general funding pool, red tape reduction plan and reforms to the aged care system will deliver benefits that will help providers run their businesses more efficiently and make the most of their funding.
