Using CCeS

You can access Centrelink Confirmation eServices (CCeS) from within our secure online site.

Single enquiry

To enquire about 1 customer, follow these steps. You must have your customer’s consent before you enquire.

  1. Log on to Centrelink Business Online Services.
  2. Enter your User ID.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Go to Centrelink Confirmation eServices.
  5. Select a type of enquiry.
  6. Enter their details.
  7. Check your response results.

In Step 5, the type of enquiry will be either:

  • Customer Confirmation Enquiry
  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs Enquiry
  • Income Confirmation Enquiry
  • Superannuation Confirmation Enquiry.

Batch file lodgement

To enquire about multiple customers at the same time, follow these steps. You must have each customer’s consent before you enquire.

  1. Log on to Centrelink Business Online Services.
  2. Enter your User ID.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Go to Organisational Online Mail System.
  5. Select the service type.
  6. Select Compose New to submit your zipped XML file.
  7. Check your Inbox for a response that it’s done.

In Step 5, the service type will be either:

  • Customer Confirmation Service
  • Income Confirmation Service.
