Centrelink Confirmation eServices (CCeS) for businesses

Ways CCeS gets information

You can get customer information in 3 different ways - single enquiry, batch file lodgement or system to system.

Single enquiry

You can enquire about 1 customer at a time. You’ll get the results straight away and print them for your records.

Batch file lodgement

You can enquire about multiple customers by submitting a batch XML file. You’ll usually get a response to the batch file within 24 hours. It may take longer depending on the size of the file.

System to system

This connects your system interface directly with us. This is the best option if you have lots of customers, and need an immediate result.

Service costs

There’s no cost for businesses to use CCeS. But there are fees to set up and test for:

  • batch file lodgement
  • system to system.

Contact the Centrelink Confirmation eService helpdesk to talk about fees and testing.
