We’ve updated the website to make it easier to use.
We have developed a new design, improved the navigation and search function, and rewritten content about our payments and services. Mobile users will also find accessing the site much easier.
With input from more than 2,500 people from metropolitan, rural and remote communities, each element of the design has been tested to make sure it is useful and usable.
Since July we’ve run a trial site alongside the current version, attracting over 57,000 visits and 1,800 items of feedback.
You don’t need to do anything. If you have bookmarked pages, your links will still work. Online accounts and other tools such as our Payment and Service Finder are not part of this change.
