A guide to help contracted service providers access and submit Hearing Services Program electronic claims using the Hearing Services eClaiming system.

Request access to Hearing Services eClaiming
You must be a contracted service provider to access the Hearing Services eClaiming system.
The Department of Health accredits service providers and offers contracts to provide hearing services through the program. Read more about processes for the Hearing Services Program on the Hearing Services website.
Once you’re contracted, we’ll allocate you a:
- user ID
- default password
- Minor Customer Identifier
- Authentication File Name.
You’ll need these before you can access the Hearing Services eClaiming system. You don’t need a PKI certificate to access the Hearing Services eClaiming system.
To upload your claims, select Hearing Services eClaiming log on only from the HPOS page. It’s under access other online services.
Downloading post assessment files
When you upload a claim batch file, eClaiming assesses and processes the service records. Our system writes them into Accepted, Rejected and Summary data files, which you can then download. It also transmits the files to Health and they reconcile your accounts.
