You can check the availability of a range of services on Aged Care Online Claiming using the system status page.
From the system status page you can check:
- Message & Event Search
- Care Recipient Search
- Claim & Payment Statements
- B2B services
- File Upload Processing
- Claim Finalise
- Web Forms
- Care Recipient Profile
You’ll be able to see up to date information on each service. The page will show if it’s available, unavailable, in maintenance mode or being investigated.
If you see a service is unavailable, don’t use it until it’s available again.
