Head to Health can help this holiday season
3 December 2019
Help your patients look after their mental health with the Head to Health website.
The holiday period is a great time to celebrate and connect with friends and family, but it can also be a lonely and stressful time of year. If you or your patients need mental health support this holiday season, Head to Health can help.
Head to Health helps people find and navigate a range of phone and online resources and services available, when and where they need it. All services are government funded so are low cost or free to use.
If you or someone you know is in crisis and needs help now, call:
- Lifeline on 13 11 14
- Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800
