The quickest and easiest way for your patients to get their Medicare benefits is if you lodge their claim at your practice.
If your patient has provided their bank account details, we pay their benefit direct to their account.
If your patient hasn’t registered their bank details with us, that’s okay. Just tell them they need to give us their banking details. It's easy to do this online with their Medicare online account, or with the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.
We’ll hold their benefits and automatically pay them as soon as we have their bank account details.
