Tell your patients about our disability communication survey

23 February 2018

Help your patients have their say, so we can support their information needs.

We need your help to promote our People with Disability Communication survey to your patients.

The survey will help us improve how we communicate with people with disability. We want to make sure the information in our News for People with Disability newsletter is what people with disability want to read about.

Our survey is a mix of multiple choice and free text questions and covers a range of topics including:

  • how they’d like to communicate with us
  • how they’d like to get information from us
  • things they’d like to see in the newsletter

The survey is anonymous and will take about 5 minutes to complete. Commonwealth privacy legislation protects all information collected in the survey. This means we won’t disclose personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.

Next steps

Encourage your patients to complete the survey before it closes on Thursday 29 March.

You can also encourage family and friends of people with disability to complete the survey too. Tell them the quickest way to find the survey is to search for ‘disability survey’ from our homepage.
