The internal review is an administrative service that we provide to any MDO or MII.
If a dispute arises from a Medical Indemnity application for payment under a Medical Indemnity claim scheme, we’ll first try to resolve the dispute informally.
If we can’t reach a satisfactory resolution through an informal process, you may ask for a review of a decision.
The request for review must be in writing and should set out the details of the dispute.
The review process is not set out in the Medical Indemnity Act 2002 or in other legislation.
We’ll acknowledge a request for a review within 28 days.
