Adding or updating authorised representative and mailing address details

You must have administrator access to add or update mailing details or authorised representatives.

You can view a list of authorised representatives from the Contact Details tab.

You can make changes to the LSPN using the Register for or amend a Location Specific Practice Number form.

Add or update authorised representative

Select Manage for the LSPN number you want to update.

Select the Contact Details tab.

Select Add to add an authorised representative or select Update to make changes to the existing details.

Complete the relevant fields in the Contact Details screen.

Select Save.

Select Submit to confirm your changes.

Update mailing address

On the Contact Details tab. 

Complete the fields under Mailing Address.

Select Submit to confirm your changes.

A confirmation page will display, review your changes.

Select Save to finalise your changes.
