You must let us know if circumstances change after we’ve made a payment to an applicant.
Notify us within 28 days if any of the following circumstances arise the:
- applicant recovers an amount paid from a third party, that relates to the amount paid to the applicant
- judgment or order becomes subject to an appeal and/or stay
- applicant withdraws support for the member or policy holder, or
- amount paid is later found to be not payable under the requirements of the schemes
