Claiming online supports you to report quickly and easily and gives you better access to the information you need.

Browser requirements

You’ll need to use an Internet Explorer or Chrome browser. The minimum browser requirements are:

To switch to another service, select the Service ID from the drop down menu.

You can’t view an NSAF in Aged Care Online Services.

For security purposes, click on the Log Out button after you finish using Aged Care Online Services.
